Our manufacturing setup includes emulsification equipment and process controls for raw-material identification, batching and production checks. Equipment and production capacity are reviewed against each project brief.

Quality Control

Our quality-control process covers formulation review, sampling, raw-material checks and production inspections. Factory ISO 22716 and GMP documentation can be discussed for qualified projects; product-specific testing and market documentation are confirmed case by case.

We offer a range of existing skincare formulas and can assess custom formulation requests. Ingredient choices, claims and supporting documents vary by SKU.

For EU-bound projects, we can discuss available CPSR documentation for eligible existing products. For private-label and custom OEM/ODM work, we provide formulation support and coordinate with a qualified third-party compliance service provider on the applicable assessment. CPSR, PIF, CPNP notification and responsible-person duties depend on the exact product and market; cosmetic registration or listing is not described as FDA approval.
