Private Label Skincare: Buyer Questions

Amarrie supports qualified business buyers with eligible NEUTRIHERBS wholesale products, private label on selected existing formulas, and custom OEM/ODM projects. The scope and commercial terms are confirmed for each SKU and destination market.

1. Can you manufacture skincare under my brand?

Yes. For private label, we can assess an eligible existing formula and packaging for your branding. For a custom OEM/ODM brief, we review formulation, packaging, sampling and production feasibility before confirming the scope.

2. What is the minimum order quantity?

Selected branded wholesale products may start around 120 units, selected private-label projects around 500 units per SKU, and bespoke OEM/ODM projects around 3,000 units per SKU. These are planning guides, not universal minimums; the final MOQ depends on the product, formula, packaging and market.

3. Can I change the formula or packaging?

Private label generally begins with an eligible existing formula and available packaging options. Formula or packaging changes may require a custom OEM/ODM assessment, new samples, testing and a different MOQ. Share your desired changes so we can check feasibility.

4. Can you support EU documentation, including CPSR?

For an existing product with an available CPSR, we can discuss supporting documentation for an eligible purchase. For private-label or custom OEM projects, we can provide formulation support and coordinate with a qualified third-party compliance service provider on the applicable assessment. CPSR, PIF, CPNP notification and responsible-person duties are product- and market-specific; we confirm the document scope for each project. We do not describe cosmetic registration or listing as FDA approval.

5. How long do sampling, production and shipping take?

Timing varies with stock, formula and packaging choices, sampling, testing, order quantity, destination and transport method. We will confirm the relevant milestones and lead time in your project quotation rather than promise one timetable for every order.

6. What shipping and payment options are available?

Available shipping routes and payment terms depend on the destination and agreed order terms. Our sales team will confirm them in the quotation or pro forma invoice before you place an order.

7. What should I send to request a quote?

Please include your business type, target product category, destination market, estimated quantity, packaging or formula requirements and target launch timing. Send your project brief and request a tailored quote.
